Attached you will find a contract describing arrangements made through our office. Please read it over carefully.

Please be sure to contact this person with any questions or concerns.
Please be aware that the number of participants you guarantee is very important. An accurate guarantee is required one week (7 days) prior to the date of the event to accommodate food ordering and labor scheduling. Order 7-10 days prior to your event to guarantee your order selection is available.
Your guest count guarantee is pertinent to billing. We will work closely with your group to accommodate your estimated counts, which is why we ask for your cooperation in notifying the catering department no later than one week prior to the event (7 days). Charges will be for the actual number served or 100 percent of the guaranteed guest count, whichever is greater.
Please bring Check and Tax Exempt Form on Day of Visit. All Refunds Will be processed Through the Business Office and Will Take 4 to 6 Weeks to return.
Cancelation of your contract within two business days of your event will be subject to a $50.00 Cancelation Fee.
All Groups later than 1 hour past contracted time without prior notice will be considered Canceled.
